We will only accept returns purchased directly through us or through the L’Jon website, and with a receipt or with record of the purchase in our system. To return or exchange a purchase, please call or email us by visiting our Contact Page within 30 days of your purchase. We are unable to accept used skin care products after 30 days. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase
