Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Priority Mail and American orders are shipped via the US Postal Service Priority Mail within 48 hours to 5 business days of receipt provided the product ordered is in stock. Canadian orders are generally shipped and delivered Monday – Friday only. US orders are generally shipped every Thursday and are delivered Monday – Friday only. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. For international or rush orders, please contact one of our customer service representatives via telephone or email or note your requirement in the “special notes” section of the L’Jon order form. If you have an account with a shipping company and you would like us to use it, please provide all of the information, including the name of the shipping company and your account number. You may indicate this in the “special notes” section of the order form.
